TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
We sometimes ask you for certain kinds of personal information to provide the services you request. This information includes:
- Email List – When you request to be added to the netamorphosis, LLC email list, your email address will never be shared with or sold to anyone. Subscriptions to the email list can be cancelled at any time. To be removed from our email list, click the “unsubscribe” button found at the bottom of all emails we send you. When you unsubscribe, you can also request for your data record to be permanently deleted from our database. You can do so via our Contact Us form. We will confirm back that we have deleted such records.
- Jobs – When you submit your application to us, via email or through our Join Us section and subsequent job application form, your personal and professional data, the materials you choose to upload, as well as, your answers to our questionnaire will never be shared with anyone outside of netamorphosis, LLC or sold to anyone. You can ask us to remove all or some of your files from our records at any time, via our Contact Us form. We will confirm back when we have deleted such records.

Also, in this case, should you make an explicit request for it, we will send you a download of the complete record of any data we have on you.
YOUR EUROPEAN UNION AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

If a parent/guardian/primary caregiver becomes aware their child provided us with information without their consent, they should email us using our Contact Us form. We will promptly delete such data from all our files.
At netamorphosis, LLC we ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all information collected through netamorphosis.com is duly granted. We protect the information stored in our systems and routinely test security measures, to verify their ongoing effectiveness. Periodically we test security procedures, ensuring technical and personnel compliance. Third-party providers/ contractors also comply to these standards. Moreover, through external access safeguards, we are able to capture and avoid non-authorized accesses that might ‘hack’ or damage/compromise the information stored in our databases. Note that, should any data-breaching occur, we would duly send an email notice to all contacts in our database as soon as we’re reasonably able to.
“SPOOFING” AND “PHISHING”
A common Internet scam is known as ‘spoofing’ or ‘phishing.’ This occurs when you receive an email from what appears to be a legitimate source requesting personal information from you. Please be aware that we will NEVER send you an email requesting you to verify credit card, bank information, or any other personal information.
