As Dynomighty Design Inc. catapulted into position #758 on Inc. Magazine’s Top 5,000 fastest growing private companies, as most fast growing companies do, it was facing growing pains.

Having achieved tremendous growth through wholesale, international distribution and through an intuitive eCommerce strategy supported by viral marketing and centered around innovative design products, Dynomighty had grown beyond its infrastructure.

Seeing an opportunity to streamline operations and stabilize growth.

Given a sales trajectory that was not comprehensively supported through its operation infrastructure and in partnership with the Dynomighty team, n e t a formulated a growth plan using strategic planning methods that prioritized human resource growth, financial (capital) stability, and identified the most efficient sales channels in which to focus revenue growth opportunities.

Foundation for the future.

We brought financial infrastructure optimization by re-defining the Balance Sheet and P&L to provide omnichannel transparency and inventory procurement accuracy. The utilization of our omnichannel strategy centralizes both inventory and sales management through dynamic integrations within Dynomighty’s existing ERP system. This centralization was preceded with an inventory management exercise that reduced (wks on hand) by 67% and initiated a supply chain management overhaul of an overseas manufacturing partner to a 30-day turnaround from P.O. to ‘in house’ in Brooklyn. This resulted in greatly expediting turnarounds for fast selling ‘fashion’ styles. Lastly, to optimize holiday selling across all distribution channels, there was an effort to heighten bestsellers within the ‘fashion’ assortment.

Quick wins for holiday.

To tighten Dynomighty’s healthy eCommerce business, we executed a series of ‘quick wins’ timed with holiday’s highest converting opportunities, including: a re-designed interactive homepage, a streamlined checkout, holiday email campaigns and formalized the customer service experience by aggregating consumer communication via Desk.com (phone, email and social media).
