We presently average a +208% 3-Year CAGR for those companies that choose to work with us as defined within the n e t a client index. They lay the foundations that project baseline vs. strategic analytical and ultimately financial performance that sets the course for what materializes into our client’s unprecedented growth trajectories. They then expand upon these projections to build comprehensive financial models that have contributed to capital raising totaling $66M to date.


Our Sr. Marketing Analysts ensure that technology and omnichannel platforms can be quantified, calculated and reported against, which directs our collective path forward. They use data to develop and present strategic insights for our clients. Our Analysts ultimately build credibility, resourcing and security into the relationships we cultivate with our clients, with our strategic and investment partners, and work hand-in-hand with developers to (simply put) ‘make things happen’. The person who fulfills this valued role within our Client Services team is driven, an effective and detailed communicator, and a problem solver. They are autonomous in ensuring the work gets done, meets our collective standards, and paves the way forward on a growing team to ensure communication and on-going training materials reflect adapted methodologies.

Must Have:

Are you our next Sr. Data & Financial Analyst?

  • Has at least 5+ years experience in compiling data analytics and/or financials for a digital, eCommerce or omnichannel attribution
  • An exceptionally analytical mindset, driven by curiosity with a focus on data-driven decision making and measuring success
  • Experience building and evolving complex Financial Models
  • Hands on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc) a plus
  • Ability to develop and evolve n e t a reporting & projection templates and configure initial daily/weekly/end of month reports delivering insights on performance vs. projection
  • Confidence in executing ad hoc analyses to assess marketing activities and develop recommendations
  • Ability to synthesize and interpret marketing data into a narrative of business performance and actionable insights, including reporting and recommendations to evaluate user experience, lead capture, and conversions
  • Track record of communicating insights to stakeholders across different functions and levels to drive action and business impact
  • Comfort and desire to take the wheel and tackle complex and ambiguous problems
  • Analysts at n e t a lead UAT system & data integrations and evaluate performance of business solutions, identify improvements and refine targets for future releases
  • Strong communication skills, internally and externally with the ability to be the communication bridge between client services and technology teams on web platform and application development throughout a project life cycle
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Passionate about helping companies and someone who values the energy, time and perseverance required to build a business into its greatest potential
  • Coding skills a plus/understanding for analytics and data compilation
  • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
  • Dependability: on time, up to the task, track record of delivering in high pressure situations
