  • This position is between 30 – 40 hours/week – qualified candidates should have the capability to move into a full-time position with neta, following 3 months


  • Manage complex Google Calendars & facilitate logistics
  • New Business/Relationship Building: neta lead/prospect processing, research and CRM
  • Client Services: Streamline client strategy documentation, comp analysis, content compilation, copy proofing/editing, assisting referral coordination, project archiving, UAT
  • Teambuilding: Job description proofing, outreach efforts, interview coordination
  • Organization: Cloud and binder organization, client checklists, communication templates and neta sales/marketing efforts
  • Office Assistance: Conducts errands/purchases, coordinates local travel & meals


Our next intern should have:

  • Prior internships a plus or 1+ year experience working in a support role (bonus points! prior internships in a digital capacity)
  • Excellent calendar management (Google Calendar & apps experience a plus!)
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel capabilities
  • Proficiency with Presentation Skills (triple word score! Keynote for Mac proficiency)
  • Demonstrated strong written, verbal and communication skills
  • A high degree of professionalism, detail-oriented, proactive approach with a commitment to excellence and a passion for strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree
