Our operations project managers are the people who ensure we consistently meet and exceed not only our client’s expectations, but those of the markets we penetrate and most importantly our own. This valued role works across our operational needs from helping to develop operational strategies to finances, filing and organization, workflow processes and day-to-day operations, from both internal and client operational capacities.


Our next Operations Project Manager should have:

  • Experience in providing administrative support to operational management and overseeing junior operations roles or interns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to identify program and/or process issues and opportunities for improvement, align with team on solutions, and implement changes appropriately
  • Experience in digital project management; someone who is not intimidated by learning best practice project management, stepping in and coordinating a talented team
  • Has digital exposure and is technologically savvy (considers a new system, a crack the code moment!)
  • Comfortable providing support for troubleshooting issues and program QA or UAT, including the setup of UAT Test Plans
  • Experience in finance, team building, office management or executive assistance a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize/multi-task– demonstrated capabilities regarding email, calendar and spreadsheet creation/management (bonus points for Google Apps, great Excel and diagramming skills!)
  • Experience planning and executing office activities and events
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with strong project coordination instincts
  • You have a detail-oriented work ethic and a strategic approach to work, possessing strong time management skills….and you’re a people person
  • Experience working in a high growth start-up environment where success requires being nimble, creative and scrappy
  • A sense of ownership for everything you deliver. This requires an entrepreneurial spirit, the capability to move forward with challenges, autonomy and an ability to set aside ego in order to build something amazing
  • Demonstrated capability handing confidential information and documentation is critical for this role
