Our digital project coordinators are the people who ensure we consistently meet and exceed not only our client’s expectations, but those of the markets we penetrate and most importantly our own. In this valued role that works across our client services needs from helping to develop digital strategies to content coordination ranging from visual assets, to copywriting and everything in between.


Our next Digital Project Coordinator should have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in project coordination; someone who is not intimidated by learning best practice project management, stepping in and coordinating a talented team
  • Has digital exposure and is technologically savvy (considers a new system, a crack the code moment!)
  • Experience in SEO, UX, CMS administration
  • Highly organized with the ability prioritize/multi-task– demonstrated capabilities regarding email, calendar and spreadsheet creation/management (bonus points for Google Apps, great Excel and diagramming skills!)
  • Proficiency with presentation skills, visual and verbal (triple word score! Keynote for MAC proficiency)
  • Ability to work and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • A detail-oriented and strategic approach to work, possessing strong time management….and you’re a people person
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • A sense of ownership for everything you deliver. This requires an entrepreneurial spirit, the capability to move forward with challenges, autonomy and an ability to set aside ego in order to build something amazing
  • Direct experience in project coordinating at least 1 element of the ‘build’ process as it relates to: copywriting, graphic design & UX, data engineering or back-end technology operations (i.e. likes to build things in one of these disciplines)
  • Analytically minded with exposure to eCommerce, qualitative research practices, and strategy development a plus
  • Demonstrated capability handing confidential information and documentation
  • Passionate about helping companies and values the energy, time and perseverance required to build a business into its greatest potential
