Responsibilities:

  • Support the neta Client Services Team and Client projects throughout all Phases of neta engagements in a wide variety of tasks: proofing, market comp analysis, content compilation, calendar coordination, client communications, project archiving, copy editing, and UAT
  • Team Assistance: Coordinates meals, travel, expense reports and errands as required to support the neta team
  • All neta team members actively participate in network recruiting efforts, job description drafting, candidate reviews & evaluation, interviewing, training and on-boarding new hires
  • Contribute to Phase Checklist (QC), Client Communication templates, cloud/shared drive binder organization and neta Sales & Marketing efforts

Requirements/Qualifications

Our next Client Experience Assistant should have:

  • Minimum of 2 Years experience working in a digital support capacity, handling confidential info (bonus points! prior executive assistance experience)
  • Passion and education (self-taught or otherwise) in copywriting, graphic design, UI, data analysis or operations (i.e., likes to build things in one of these disciplines)
  • Excellent calendar management (Google apps experience a plus!)
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel capabilities
  • Proficiency with Presentation Skills (triple word score! Keynote MAC proficiency)
  • Demonstrated strong, written, verbal and communication skills (you’re a whiz in communicating with all different types of people)
  • Bachelor’s (Liberal Arts major preferred) degree or commensurate experience where required skill sets were developed
